Where is the MobileCorp office?

Our office is Suite 6.06 on Level 6 of 247 Coward Street, Mascot, Sydney.

You can drive into our building and park in the Visitor Parking, then take the lift from the carpark directly to Level 6.

What are the office hours?

Our office hours for in-person visits are:

9am to 5pm

Monday to Friday

Excluding NSW Public Holidays

Can I collect my device from the MobileCorp office?

Yes. If you let us know in advance that you are coming into collect your device, we will have it ready for you.

Does MobileCorp sell mobile devices to the public?

No. We only work with Enterprise and Business customers who have an account with us.

What is the best way to contact the MobileCorp Mobile Support Desk ?

The best way to contact our support team is to email

All emails are captured by our ticketing system and you will receive an instant response with a unique Ticket number. 

Your request will be actioned by the next available consultant, or if you have a managed service with dedicated team, it will be forwarded directly to that team.

What is the best way to contact the IT Support Desk?

The best way to contact IT Support is to email

support@mobilecorp.com.au

You will receive an automatically generated reply with a unique ticket number and details of your request.

Your request will be actioned by the next available support engineer. If you have an IT Managed Service with MobileCorp your ticket will receive priority and move to the head of the queue.

To telephone the IT Support team, call 1800 243 252 and select #2 for IT Support.

What is the best way to contact the MobileCorp sales and account managers?

MobileCorp services customers across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
