If the pandemic taught us one thing, it was that organisations are capable of adopting new technologies far faster than previously thought possible.
According to a McKinsey Global Survey, companies have accelerated the digitisation of customer and supply-chain by 3-4 years, and of digitally-enabled products by 7 years due to the pandemic pivots.
The 2022 Vantage theme of 'New World. New Ways.' embraces the changes of the post-pandemic world and looks to a future enabled by technology.
This year, Telstra Vantage 2022 comes to life within two themed showcase worlds – ‘Business Beyond the Reset’ and ‘Working Smarter. Living Better’. Here, 28 exhibitors will present digital solutions to shape the future.
The immersive technology exhibition will include demonstrations across various use cases and industries, collaboration workshops, networking functions, and Q&As with thought leaders.

The closing session of Vantage is a sit-down interview with James Cameron, the Canadian filmmaker, best known for directing the highest and third highest grossing films of all time - Avatar and Titanic. Those two films are split by Avengers: End Game (2019), with the recent Top Gun: Maverick (2022) chasing hard.
Cameron first gained recognition for directing The Terminator (1984), then found further success with Aliens (1986), The Abyss (1989), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), and the action comedy True Lies (1994). His bookend Terminator film saw him co-write and co-produce Terminator: Dark Fate (2019).
He also directed Titanic (1997) and Avatar (2009), with Titanic earning him Academy Awards in Best Picture, Best Director and Best Film Editing. Avatar, filmed in 3D technology, earned him nominations in the same categories.
In 2010, Time magazine named Cameron as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Cameron is also an environmentalist and runs several sustainability businesses.
In addition to filmmaking, he is a National Geographic sea explorer and has produced many documentaries on the subject. Cameron has also contributed to underwater filming and remote vehicle technologies and helped create the digital 3D Fusion Camera System. In 2012, Cameron became the first person to do a solo descent to the bottom of the Mariana Trench, the deepest part of the Earth's ocean, in the Deepsea Challenger submersible.
Many of the Vantage sessions are delivered on both days so you won't have to pick your days or miss anything due to scheduling clashes. You can study the full agenda here.
