MobileCorp offers a custom DaaS managed service ‘made to measure’ for specific corporate requirements. 

Choose your DaaS by bundling modules from device lifecycle management, device deployment, mobile device management and mobile expense management.

Device Lifecycle modules are included as standard in DaaS. This includes:

  • Mobile Device Management [MDM]
    MobileCorp has extensive experience and expertise with all the leading MDM/UEM platforms including VMWare, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, SOTI. MDM modules include:
    • Device Enrolment in Apple DEP, Samsung Knox or Android Enterprise programs
    • Zero-Touch device deployments
    • UEM instance build, deploy, and management
  • Mobile security
    MobileCorp partners with market-leading mobile security vendors including Wandera and Jamf. Our capabilities extend from build and deployment to ongoing mobile security managed service.
  • Telecom expense management
    TEMS is available at three service levels – Pro, Premium, and Snapshot –  with a choice of services including fleet benchmarking, carrier bill auditing, expense optimisation, and business intelligence analytics.
  • Priority support
    MobileCorp offers a Priority Support service which includes guaranteed SLAs for services, fast turnaround of devices, replacement stock held onsite, and priority repair service.

Device provisioning delivers secure, efficient on-boarding. It lets employees get on with the job immediately.

MobileCorp offers a customised ‘out of the box’ zero-touch provisioning service for smartphones and tablets. This typically includes opening the device packaging, inserting the SIM card and activating the carrier account, applying a screen protector, and adding a protective case. 

Provisioning is often bundled with a Mobile Device Management zero-touch deployment.

For companies who choose not to utilise an MDM environment, MobileCorp will provide a manual service to install chosen applications onto mobile devices.

This may include custom applications belonging to the company, or selected applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business.

MobileCorp recommends the use of an MDM environment for security management, however we will offer a manual service to companies who require it.

MobileCorp will apply security configurations to lock down corporate-owned devices. This could include enforcing a PIN code, disabling the camera, or restricting access to the App Store, iTunes, Bluetooth or GPS.

Tagging a device to associate it with records of ownership, device information, and service records is also available to companies that do not have an MDM environment.

For IoT devices it may be more relevant to apply MobileCorp’s Track and Monitor solution.
