With the Managed Mobility Starter service, MobileCorp will be your single point of contact for all mobility support and Telstra carriage management.
Our Support & Service desk is based in Sydney and our support consultants are experts in their field. They have direct access to Telstra back end systems to action your connections, plans, SIMs, roaming and add-on services fast.
With our Device Lifecycle service, your devices will be procured, staged, enrolled and deployed swiftly. We also include secure and sustainable buy back for end of life devices.
The Starter service is aligned with Telstra Adaptive Mobility Care.
Managed Mobility - Professional
Protect your productivity with custom ordering portal, priority support and benchmark reporting.
The Managed Mobility Professional bundle has a focus on priority fulfilment of your requests. It has extended hours support and a custom-branded portal allowing orders/requests to be lodged and the status checked 24/7.
Our ticketing system will prioritise your orders and direct them to your aligned MobileCorp support team who will know your business preferences and policies allowing them to fulfill your orders accurately and quickly.
You will also receive a monthly 'snapshot' report with a summary of your fleet usage and expenditure, a quarterly optimisation review, and an annual audit of your fleet to optimise cost savings.
You will also have a dedicated MobileCorp account manager to support your contract negotiations, to align with your Telstra account team if you have one, and to escalate any issues within Telstra.
Managed Mobility - Business
The Managed Mobility Business bundle includes all the Services in Starter and Professional, but adds a custom device and service catalogue for your ordering portal, fleet management reporting and a VIP Service.
Having a custom service catalogue enables you to open up ordering to all end users - if you wish - as they will only be presented with the devices and services they are entitled to order. Hierarchical management approval can also be sought by automated processes as part of the portal ordering system.
A monthly Fleet Management and Telecom Expense Management reporting package is included with fleet optimisation recommendations. This is presented to your team by your MobileCorp account manager.
A VIP Service is available to a list of nominated senior executives and ensures any issues receive immediate response. Replacement devices are also held in stock to allow swift swap out for a new device if necessary.
Managed Mobility - Enterprise
Our Enterprise service is based around MobileCorp's cloud-based mobility management platform.
The SaaS platform is integrated with MobileCorp's support and service desk providing swift response and fulfilment by MobileCorp's expert team.
